While not a Japanese film, they're giant monsters of sorts, and as a fan of this movie I was thrilled to learn today that Scream! Factory (a label of Shout! Factory) will be bringing NIGHT OF THE LEPUS to Blu-ray on June 5, 2018. It was previously released on DVD by Warner Archive.
Extras have not yet been announced, but are "in progress", suggesting there will be something (hopefully more than just the trailer, which was on the previous DVD).
