SRS Cinema has announced plans to release Daisuke Sato's HOWL FROM BEYOND THE FOG (2019) on DVD, slated for May 11, 2021. They previously released it on Blu-ray and VHS through their website. No preorder links appear to be available yet, but you can see the new cover art below.
