Cleopatra Entertainment Corrects Subtitle Issues on SHIN ULTRAMAN BD & DVD

 It was previously reported Cleopatra Entertainment made some major errors on their subtitles for their Blu-ray and DVD releases of SHIN ULTRAMAN, including formatting issues, typos, and other omissions.

SciFi Japan has now reported these issues have allegedly been fixed, with new discs having been pressed and shipping to retailers within the week.

However, if you've already purchased them, fans who have contacted the company have received a response. Send the following info to support@cleopatrarecords.zendesk.com:

"Please include proof of purchase and version (Blu-ray or DVD). Make sure to include your full name and address in your reply as well. Once confirmed, we can send you a replacement disc. Thank you for your patience and support. Please allow us 7-10 business days to process and send you your replacement disc."

Additionally, they asked for photos of the front and back covers, and (at least in my case, since I ordered online) that the proof of purchase show my name and address.
