Paramount Pictures has announced they'll be releasing the 1976 KING KONG on 4K Ultra HD on 04/09/24 as part of their Paramount Presents line. This SteelBook set will also contain the movie on Blu-ray and Digital. It's unclear right now if there will be a standard edition as well.
Scream! Factory previously released the film on Blu-ray in 2021 with a wealth of extras; There's no information right now what extras Paramount may include or any of the other specs.
